Asset

Over the years, the company has invested heavily in the purchase and acquisition of plants and machinery, equipment including the building of stations as detailed in the schedule of Fixed Assets contained in the financial statement of the company and also listed below. This foresight has contributed to the rapid expansion as reflected by the over nine stations opened since incorporated.

 The company also has subsidiaries such as AK Petroleum and Josywole.

Capacity

  • Dove Global Investment Limited was incorporated on the 28th July 1999 RC no 361195 with Head Office at 129, Obafemi Awolowo Way, Oke-Ado, Ibadan.

  • The company commenced business as an independent petroleum marketer in the downstream sector of the Oil and Gas Industry in Nigeria. From a humble beginning with one service station in 1999 with which we entered into a Bulk Purchase Agreement with NNPC as an Independent Petroleum Products Marketing Company, we have grown to a group of subsidiary companies with substantial investments in the Retail Outlets Operation.

  • ​We currently operate a dozen service stations strategically located in Southwest geo-political region of the country and aim to be present in all major towns and cities. Our main product lines are Petrol (PMS), Diesel (AGO) and Kerosene (DPK).

  • ​To support the efficient delivery of products to our network of stations and customers across the country, we own and operate a fleet of tank trucks.

  • ​We buy products from major players in the industry such as NNPC depots in Ibadan, Ilorin, Mosimi and Lagos. We are also in business relationship with independent tank farms like Folawiyo Energy Limited, African Petroleum, MRS, NIPCO, ITEO and other reputable companies trading in oil and gas products.

  • ​We have well trained and dedicated personnel that ensures our company is serving its customers true to our mission as being a friendly indigenous company with emphasis on quality service.​

  • Our Customer Index figure for the two subsidiaries are constantly compared and evaluated. This also forms a basic performance indicator for our management and staff.
